Amazingly nice and pleasant staff members on the night shift and kept the hotel clean. The venue was set in the very central position just next door to close to bars. Also, we were 3 km from our favourite spot Genting Casino Blackpool.

Overall clean place, staff was really helpful. The breakfast was fantastic; the rooms were new-fashioned and spotless. The location was perfect and nice: a large supermarket and local supermarkets were within walking distance. The hotel was a good base for enjoying a comfortable area. I was offered wines and beers at the pool-bar. Had a very pleasant stay for 3 nights & would love to come back here some time.
The staff - some of them were not so good.

Everything was amazing, incredibly welcoming staff, magnificent location near to the city center of Sant Antoni, loads of great restaurants, and far enough to escape the madness. We had a pretty nice bedroom. The continental breakfast was the best. There was free Wi-Fi in public areas and the service in general was good.

Had a fairly nice stay on the 1st September this year, everything was perfect. I ate at a great restaurant with a good choice of breakfast that lasts until midday. The bathroom was good-sized, with a bath. The pool was amazing and I had local drinks in the Irish bar. I used free Wi-Fi in public areas a lot. The location was great and absolutely perfect, close to Eden Ibiza.
